 CLIP 1 

narrative and genre: the story is about a man called Azrael and women called Mrs coulter and a girl called lyra. so in the video clip its showing both characters arguing about not trying to find lyra. However, Mrs coulter disagree this video shows fantasy as they are showing different world. 

technical codes: the first shot in the video is over shoulder shot where they are arguing about not finding lyra. The background sound shows the tension between the two character arguing through out the video. The mise en scene I choose is props. This sis because on the background you can see pieces of plane hanging around and other sort off things. This helps the audience to understand whats going on through out the clip.

Representations: during the clip the man cries which subvert that men's should be the one strong and tough and the women should be the weak one but in this video the men is the weak one but the women is the strong one 

CLIP 2 

narrative and genre: in this video there is two girls telling a doctor that they have witnessed demons and aliens but the doctor didn't believe the two girls until he has witnessed it himself whilst the demon was killing innocent people. the fantasy bit is the demon attacking the girls with powers which represents to fantasy in this video 

technical codes: in this video there is a medium close up where the demon attacks the doctor. The atmosphere in this video shows climax as the girls was trying to tell the doctor when he never believed them until the ghost appeared. the mise en scene I choose in make up . this is because of the girls injury and the demons makeup as well.

representations: in this video it shows the bravery in the two girls then the male doctor who felt weak this subvert as means should be more brace then the women but in this case it doesn't show that 

CLIP 3 

narrative and genre: there is a women who got on the boat but wasn't meant be in there but eventually gets caught by a man who starts questioning the girl ask asking the girl why she is in this boat. the fantasy bit in this video is towards the end when they show the mans power. 

technical and codes: the close up shot is the man showing his power to the girl his power and she was shocked this builds tension between the two characters and the people at the background. the mise en scene I choose is costume. this is because the girl is wearing filthy  and dirty clothes in the clip.

representations: in this video you can see the man has the most power compared to the girl and this subverts that the girl has the least power compared to the man and his people who has the most power.

Title: a whole new world

Logline – one sentence that sums up the plot of your TV drama and hooks people in (25 words or fewer): my tv drama is about a girl who accidentally fell in a bush and trying to get out causer she was teleport to a whole different world.

Other successful TV dramas are similar to yours: doctor who

 Narrative – what is the main storyline in your TV drama: the girl who is trying to escape but struggles to do and gets revenge as the evil people killed her family whilst she is in a different world.

 Genre – how will your TV drama fit the fantasy genre? the fantasy genre fits in as the girl is in a different world that she doesn't know

 Narrative disruption – what will happen in your scene to develop the narrative? What will the audience learn about the characters or story? when the girl over hears people talking about them killing her parents cause her parents found out a world and wanted to do experiment on it but got caught and killed.

 Information about the two locations/settings that you are using and why you have chosen them: the first couple of shot is in a park but the other shots would e somewhere else as my tv drama is about a girl falling into another world.

 Information about the main character e.g. character type (hero/heroine) their desires, the conflicts they encounter etc: the character in this drama is a girl who wants to get revenge on the killer who killed her parents

 Costume/props that you require for filming: props I am going to use is a fake sword and a bag with list of special powers that can curse the evil people.

 How you are aiming your product at the specified family target audience: the parents and the girl is in her teen age which could also be suited be for teens who like adventure and action and fantasy drama.
