EBI: Now we need to add depth, detail and accuracy to our work. For example, on the ‘demographics and psychographics’ task you haven’t fully understood the ‘Struggler’ group. It’s more about a lifestyle choice or level of skill/education rather than someone currently struggling with a specific situation. Have a look over your notes and revise this as it’s vital we learn the terminology and use it accurately in our work.
