Demographics and Psychographics

What information do media companies use to create a demographic profile of their audience? 

-age       -social class 

-gender      -race/ethnicity     -home (city/village/countryside)

-education     -job/profession/earning 


 Why are media companies and advertisers increasingly using audience profiling and not just demographics?

This means looking at the audience's personality, interest, and the brands and lifestyle they enjoy.

 What psychographic groups fit YOUR own interests and lifestyle? Explain your decision and remember you may fit into two or three different groups

Explorers- This fits into my interest because i want to find many other things i want to try in the future also try new technology in the future.

Strugglers-  This fits into me as at one point in my life i am going struggle somewhere.
